Ahsanul mulk & Associates Ltd. (AMAS LTD.) was formed in 1996 with a focus on the fields of architecture and healthcare design.

 Arch. Ahsanul Mulk, the Managing Director of AMAS LTD, in his career path of 28 years worked in different working environment i.e. local and foreign.

 Within this short period from the inception of this organization, this firm has already completed numerous mixed used projects.

The firm have designed many residential buildings and complexes varying from 10-apartment 6 storied buildings to 200-apartment 15 storied complexes. The firm have designed a residential complex on a plot of 8 bighas involving 300 apartments and similar project on a plot of 5 bighas involving 250 apartments in Uttara. Another notable residential complex is a project involving 3 15-storied residential buildings on a plot of 2.5 bighas on Mirpur road, Kallyanpur.

 In healthcare area the firm has designed many 50 bed and 100 bed hospital all over Bangladesh for Islami Bank Foundation. It has also designed the Islami bank Foundation Medical college complex with 500 bed teaching hospital at Rajshahi which is nearly complete now. The firm had also had the honor of designing Ibn-Sina Trust Medical college complexes with 500 bed teaching hospitals at Kallyanpur, Dhaka and Chittagong respectively.

 Liaison with the clients are directly maintained by the concerned persons and other senior key personal assist them accordingly. Senior personal are supported by adequate technical staff. Each section can draw on the personal and services of another section when necessity arises.
